Ok I have a confession!! Some of us do like a healthier option for breakfast. So instead of just serving toasted muesli I decided to play around. To try and create a none wet cardboard tasting muesli. This was more of a challenge….. Well so far this is it.

500ml (2 cups) Oats Flakes
250ml (1 cup) Rice Flakes
250ml (1 cup) Quinoa Flakes
250ml (1 cup) Buckwheat Flakes
250ml (1 cup) Barley Flakes
125ml (1/2 cup) Coconut Shavings/Flakes
125ml (1/2 cup) Dried Tropical Fruit Mix
125ml (1/2 cup) Cashew Nuts, raw unsalted
125ml (1/2 cup) Pumpkin Seeds
25ml Sesame Seeds
25ml Linseeds

Weigh off all the ingredients and mix. Place in an airtight container.
